This role will be reporting to Director of Sales, the position will expand global customer base and products offering in specific segment for the Industry Products Group and formulate strategic plans. The role will direct engineering development according to product road map, and lead project teams to complete awarded programs.
Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and drive commercial business strategy for each customer assignment for customer assigned.
2. To provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the closure of sales including supporting in customer’s day to day operation matter.
3. Responsible for achieving assigned sales target for each customer assigned.
4. Participate in commercial negotiation, such as pricing to secure profitable business and manage overall matter related to assigned customer.
5. Lead and collaborate with engineering and project teams to realize the roadmap and execute plan on awarded program.
6. Establish solid business relationships with key customers across all levels. Conduct regular review with customers to ensure we achieve our strategic goal and sales revenue.
Our requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or any disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or key account management; global customers management is preferred.
3. If you have a strong track record in Sales, you might be eligible for the Sales Manager role.
4. Prefer if have engineering knowledge in micro-motor (ventilation, floor care and robotics etc.)
5. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
6. Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
8. Strong business acumen.
9. Fluent in verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
10. Willing to travel mainly in China or East Asia.
