Process Engineer

1) Responsible for System hydraulic calculation based on equipment layout and piping layout;

负责基于设备布置和配管方案的系统水力校核；

2) Responsible for preparing process datasheet for static equipment / rotary machine / instrument equipment / in-line piping equipment;

负责编制动 / 静设备 / 仪表 / 在线管道元件的工艺数据表；

3) Responsible for calculating the required flow rate of PSV and finalizing the size selection;

负责PSV不同工况的泄放量计算和定尺；

4) Responsible for drawing and modifying P&ID , releasing P&ID for construction per the feedback from the concerned parties;

负责整合工艺包提供方，设备 / 仪表供应商，工程设计团队的意见，完善并绘制FC版的P&ID；

5) Responsible for Technical Clarifications with Client, EPC Companies;

负责与客户，EPC公司的技术澄清；

6) Technical Support at vendor shop, assembly yard;

负责与供应商的技术澄清、模块装配过程中的技术支持；

7) All other related technical / management jobs assigned by line top.

领导安排的其他技术/管理工作。

Job requirements：

1) Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and other professional background of studying abroad；

大学本科及以上学历，化工工艺等相关专业，海外留学背景；

2) Good command in English is must, bilinguals would be a plus;

熟练掌握英文沟通与读写，多语种优先；

3) Good command of MS Office, Autocad, HTRI, Pipeflow, etc;

熟练掌握MS Office，Autocad，HTRI，Pipeflow等设计软件；

4) Design experience in Oil & Gas Facilities, Chemical Plant, Refineries, Power Plant construction is preferred;

有石油天然气设施，化工厂，炼油厂，电厂工程设计经验者优先;

5) Knowledge of relevant HG, API codes with respect to process design and construction;

理解与工艺设计相关的国际和地区标准，如ASME，API等；

6) Good communication skills and team work;

良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

7) Willing to be relocated worldwide, similar overseas working experience would be a plus.

愿意在全球范围内出差、工作，有类似的海外工作经验优先。
