Position: Customer Enablement Associate - AI Video & Product Education
Opportunity to work in Hong Kong. Office at Cyberport - Hong Kong’s startup and tech hub. (Free shuttle bus service to Cyberport from multiple HK pick up points.)
We seek a dynamic and innovative fresh graduate to join our team as a Customer Enablement Associate, specializing in video-based product education. You’ll be responsible for creating product explainer videos, tutorials, and how-tos using AI-powered video creation tools (training provided). You’ll also help manage our YouTube channel and work with the support team to identify content needs based on user questions.
This role is ideal for someone with a knack for using web tools and visual communication, who’s eager to learn about shaping how enterprise users learn to use our AI-based CMS Pergamon.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product videos including explainers, tutorials, and walkthroughs using AI video tools (training provided) and according to specifications provided.
- Help manage and grow our product education YouTube channel and structure them according to courses.
- Respond to user tickets in Zendesk in English and Mandarin.
- Support onboarding and Product training for Mandarin-speaking enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand product features and convert them into visual learning content.
- Occasionally contribute to product documentation (as a secondary responsibility).
- Work with cross-functional teams to support upcoming SaaS release and ongoing customer enablement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably communication, design, multimedia, or tech-related).
- Strong interest in product education, SaaS, and AI tools.
- Quick learner of digital and web tools.
- User of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Claude, and others.
- Interest in video creation and visual storytelling (even if no prior formal experience).
Preferred (but not a must)
- Experience using video creation tools such as Canva, Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar AI video platforms.
- Exposure to customer-facing work such as tutoring, teaching, tech support, or onboarding.
- Knowledge of basic video editing, scripting, or content planning.
