Technical Product Manager

1. Being the ‘product expert’ in electrolytic capacitors in the view of YAGEO/KEMET Customers and Sales teams.

2.Skills with capacitor construction, including market benchmark understanding for Snap In and Screw terminal capacitors

3. Master electrolytic capacitors, with demonstrated know-how in construction and application of Snap-in and Screw terminal capacitors.

4.Understanding of design characteristics to meet customer specifications and life simulation according life calculators.

5. Providing applications support to customers and YAGEO/KEMET Sales with adequate selection of product characteristics.

6. Motivation for Project Management and new product introduction in the field with understanding of the product lifecycle.

7.Preparing price quotations and conducting customer price negotiations.

8.Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (specifications, application plans and customer requirements including characteristics and testing).

9. Assisting in the preparation of technical data, catalogues and other promotional materials.

10.Indirectly reporting to R&D on the specifications for new products with adequate customer/application characteristics collect including application characteristics.

11. Taking ownership of product ranges from inception through to cessation.

12. Representing YAGEO/KEMET in a credible manner in front of the customer in both technical and commercial capacities.

【Requirements】

1.Experienced in R&D or PM for Aluminum Electrolytic capacitors preferreble in the power electronics fireld (high voltage).

2. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. English advanced skills as Mandatory to have characteristic. More languages welcome.

4. Knowledge in Engineering, preferential is Physics, Chemistry or Electrical in relation with Electrolytic capacitors construction and characteristics.

5.Well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated problem solver.

6.Manages and performs complex work that has significant impact on achieving business goals.

7. Functions independently within broadly defined scope.

8.Employs discipline when defining, measuring and achieving desired results and objectives on multiple projects.

9.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with most levels of management internally and with external customers.

10.Provides timely and effective written and verbal communications.

11.Proficiency in: general business software (Microsoft Office), Oracle ERP, industry analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, contract review, request for proposal (RFP/RFQ), nondisclosure agreements and working in a team environment.

12.Travelling availability.

13. Master's degree in engineering: Physics/ chemical/Materials/Electronics
