船务/海铁 操作/客服

1、handle day-to-day booking, towing and customs declaration according to customer;

根据客户要求，安排每日的订舱、拖车、报关;

2、Prepare logistics documents , responsible for the input of receivable and payable expense.

制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用；

3、Communicate with overseas and customer to make the most updated information；

联系客户以及海外代理，保持良好的沟通与交流；

4、Other tasks required by supervisor.

完成上级交代的其他任务。

Requirements岗位要求：

1、 College degree or above；

大专及以上学历；

2、2 years ocean operation experience or above in freight forwarding industry；

2年以上货代行业的海运或铁路操作经验；

3、 Good written and reading English, good computer office skill;

书面英语熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；

4、 Detail-minded, strong sense of service and team spirit, and able to work under pressure and workload.

工作细心，有较强的服务意识和团队精神，具备一定的抗压力。
