职位描述

岗位职责:
1、负责年采购额 5000 万以上的标杆客户(如国内头部家居品牌),主导从需求对接、方案定制到合同签署的全周期销售;
2、建立客户决策层(CEO / 采购总监 / 技术负责人)关系网络,定期组织高层商务会议(如季度业务复盘),确保客户满意度;
3、具备数据驱动的业绩管理形式,擅长运用 数据工具优化销售策略,推动数据驱动的决策文化。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、商务谈判能力强,有大客户销售经验;
3、英语流利者优先,能独立完成商务合同起草;
4、熟练使用 ERP 系统及数据分析工具,具备客户分级管理与 LTV 提升经验。
Job Responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for benchmark clients with an annual procurement volume of over 50 million yuan (e.g., domestic home furnishing brands), and lead full-cycle sales from demand docking, solution customization to contract signing.
2、Establish a network of relationships with clients' decision-making level (CEO / Procurement Director / Technical Lead), organize regular senior business meetings (such as quarterly business reviews), and ensure customer satisfaction.
3、Adopt data-driven performance management, be proficient in using data tools to optimize sales strategies, and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above.
2、Strong business negotiation skills and experience in key account sales.
3、Fluent in English is preferred; able to independently draft business contracts.
4、Proficient in using ERP systems and data analysis tools; with experience in customer classification management and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) improvement.
