Role & Responsibilities:
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
- The E-Commerce Operation Assistant Manager is responsible for Ecommerce Channel covering JD,VIP PDD and new coming EC platforms to ensure the achievement of E-Commerce emerging channel sales target and profitability target.
- He/she will be responsible for EC operation, BD new EC channels and required to collaborate closely with the cross function and TP to deliver the EC sales result as well as showcase.
Key Result Areas:
- Sourcing and BD potential new EC channels and launch Kipling stores with strong execution.
- Manage day-to-day operation with data-based logic and business mindset such as understand and analyze traffic, store performance and customer profile to maintain store performance and deliver sales result.
- Plan for key events/big campaigns/promotions with coordination between planning and marketing department.
- Supervise TP to ensure the perfect execution of EC sales plan and daily operations.
- Give guidelines to EC store site merchandising, performance marketing, and store optimization to improve conversion and ROI continuously.

Deep understanding of Kipling brand with a passion for the bags & luggage category.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience.
- Experience of New channel development
- Experience and interest across a range of digital channels, including SEO, Paid Media & Social.
- Language Proficiency: workable in English (especially for writing)
