1. 物资入库检查。

Perform material receiving inspection.

2. 严格按照工艺图纸检查工序，记录检验情况。

Check the process in strict accordance with the process drawing and record the inspection.

3. 加强巡查工作，做好记录（焊工证、焊接材料、焊接区域环境等）。

Strengthen inspection work and make records (welding certificate, welding materials, welding area environment, etc.)

4. 发现现场操作与工艺、图纸、规范有冲突的，及时反馈和沟通，提出合理化建议。

Find conflicts between on-site operations and processes, drawings and specifications, timely feedback and communication, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

5. 填写报检项目及检验记录或试验报告并定期存档。

Fill in the inspection items and inspection records or test reports and file them regularly.

6. 对产品实施检验和试验。

Inspect and test the products.

7. 每天报检反馈，每周一次未通过项目汇总反馈，每月一次报检合格率的汇总通报跟踪。

Daily inspection feedback, feedback the failed inspection summary once a week, feedback inspection pass rate summary report tracking once a month.

8. 报检前检查当日报检项目是否符合报检要求，并提出整改准备意见。

Check whether the inspection items meet the inspection requirements before the inspection and put forward suggestions for rectification.

9. 对船舶生产过程进行质量控制及检验：

Quality control and inspection of ship production process:

1） 船体焊接、结构、合拢、舱室、密性检验，QA检验合格后报检船东、船检，及时协调处理船东、船检提出的质量问题，并及时通知生产、技术相关部门进行预防和纠正；

Hull welding, structure, closure, cabin and tightness inspection, report to the inspection owner and ship inspection after passing the QA inspection, timely coordinate to deal with the quality problems raised by the owner and ship inspection, and timely notify the relevant departments of production and technology for prevention and correction;

2） 管道检验，QA对车间预制作的管件和镀锌管的外观检查，管件船上安装、密性或试压结束以后，QA根据图纸确认系统的完整性，合格后报检船东、船检；

Pipeline inspection: QA checks the appearance of pre-made pipe fittings and galvanized pipes in the workshop. After the completion of shipboard installation, tightness or pressure test of pipe fittings, QA confirms the integrity of the system according to the drawings and reports to the owner and ship inspection after passing the test;

3） 电气检验，QA对电缆打包、电舾装件安装进行检查，并根据ITP对相关电气检验项目报检船东、船检，并记录相关数据；

Electrical inspection: QA shall inspect cable packaging and electrical outfitting installation, and report relevant electrical inspection items to the owner and ship inspection according to ITP, and record relevant data;

轮机调试检验，QA根据调试大纲，对各系统进行确认，并记录相关数据。在报检船东船检过程中，对船东、船检提出的问题进行汇总，及时通知生产、技术相关部门；

Turbine commissioning and inspection, QA confirms each system according to the commissioning outline, and records relevant data. In the inspection process of the owner, summarize the problems raised by the owner and the ship inspection, and notify the relevant departments of production and technology in time;

4） 内装检验，QA对A60防火区域进行检查，并报检船东、船检，其他非船东、船检项目，QA确认即可；

Internal assembly inspection, QA will inspect the A60 fire protection area, and report to the owner, ship inspection, other non-owner, ship inspection items, QA confirmation;

5） 试航，协调相关工作，及时处理船东、船检提出的相关问题，顺利完成交船工作。

Sea trial, coordinate related work, timely deal with the relevant problems raised by the ship owner and ship inspection, and successfully complete the ship delivery work.

10. 完成上级安排的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
