岗位职责:
01 根据公司销售和利润目标,制定销售计划和价格策略,并负责具体执行和实施,确保公司经济指标完成
01 建立高效信息沟通和销售流程体系,使销售团队有效开展业务拓展工作
01 严格执行公司价格管理并合理运用价格体系,领导销售团队进行差异化竞争
01 管理经销商销售,满足工厂产能提升需求
01 监控公司销售团队日常工作,每月进行销售数据分析,并积极持续改善销售数据
01 管理销售团队完成各项销售核心指标,不限于增长率,毛利润率,应收款天数,钢瓶周转率等
01 负责重要客户的维护,积极同生产和运输团队配合,整合资源,提升客户满意度,降低运行成本
01 负责团队建设工作,包括培训、能力及绩效评估等等,激励团队士气,提高团队业绩
01 负责销售团队招聘、选拔、考核下属员工,并在公司相关政策范围内决定下属员工的各项人事安排
01 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
l 大学本科学历以上
l 5年以上外资气体包装气销售经验,主管以上职务
l 个人销售业绩和团队业绩出色
l 良好英文口语与写作能力
l 熟练运用办公自动化软件
l 优秀的沟通技巧,有较高的忠诚度
l 优秀的影响力技巧
l 善于战略思考
l 具有基本的财务知识和数据分析能力
l 品质端正,能承受较大的工作压力
Responsibilities:
01 According to the company's sales and profit goals, formulate sales plans and pricing strategies, and be responsible for specific execution and implementation to ensure the completion of the company's economic indicators
01 Establish an efficient information communication and sales process system to enable the sales team to effectively carry out business development
01 Strictly implement the company's price management and reasonably use the price system to lead the sales team to compete in a differentiated manner
01 Manage dealer sales to meet the needs of factory capacity improvement
01 Monitor the daily work of the company's sales team, analyze sales data every month, and actively and continuously improve sales data
01 Manage the sales team to complete various core sales indicators, including growth rate, gross profit margin, days of accounts receivable, cylinder turnover rate, etc.
01 Responsible for the maintenance of important customers, actively cooperate with the production and transportation teams, integrate resources, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce operating costs
01 Responsible for team building, including training, ability and performance evaluation, etc., to motivate team morale and improve team performance
01 Responsible for the sales team to recruit, select, and evaluate subordinate employees, and decide on various personnel arrangements for subordinate employees within the scope of the company's relevant policies
01 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor degree or above
l More than 5 years of experience in foreign gas packaging gas sales, supervisor or above
l Excellent personal sales performance and team performance
l Good English speaking and writing skills
l Proficient in using office automation software
l Excellent communication skills, high loyalty
l Excellent influence skills
l Good strategic thinking
l Basic financial knowledge and data analysis skills
l Good quality, able to withstand greater work pressure
