职位描述
1. Develop manufacturing process, equipment, fixtures for new project or capacity extension project to ensure that the manufacturing process conforms to customer requirement
负责新项目或新增产线的制造过程，设备，夹具开发确保生产过程符合质量要求
2. Develop, improve and comply to the working process;
创建、完善和执行生产流程
3. Provide/improve the plant or process flow layouts to match with the requirement
制定/提高的工厂及生产线布局以满足生产需求
4. Select/Design/optimize equipment and its process, fixtures and tools
选择/设计/优化设备及其工艺, 工装夹具和工具
5. Provide/update suitable SOP for specific products;
制定产品的标准作业指导书
6. Provide/update the process documentation for products
制定和更新产品的工艺文件
7. Committed to product continuously improvement, and arrange its meeting regularly;
致力于产品的持续改善，并定期组织改善会议
8. Assisi in implementing 5S on a world-class level;
协助实施国际化标准的5S系统
9. Assist in daily problems solving of production line to ensure on time delivery and quality improvement;
协助生产线日常问题的解决,以确保按时交货和质量的持续改进.
10. Maintain PLC program and update / optimize regularly when necessary, record any changes in the server
维护PLC程序，当有需要的时候周期性更新和优化程序.记录变更并上传到服务器
11. Assist in the training of production line in techniques and method.
协助培训生产技术和方法.
关键能力：
1. Good command Both Oral and written English skill;
良好的英语听说读写；
2. Sufficient knowledge about welding, riveting , pressfitting and other assembly processes
具备足够的焊接、铆接、压装和其他装配工艺知识
3. Good at Kuka robot operation and programming
熟悉库卡机器人操作与编程
4. Sufficient Skills in PLC backup, maintenance, and reprogramming; familiar with Siemens PLC or Beckhoff PLC.
具备熟练的PLC备份，维护和编写能力，西门子或者倍福PLC必须精通一种
5. Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD 、SOLIDWORKS software, master the Microsoft office software;
熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD、SOLIDWORKS 等软件，熟练操作microsoft office软件；
6. Good knowledge of Cognex/KEYENCE/Hikvision cameras, KISTLER monitors, GUILLEMIN riveting machines, Staubli/ABB and other industry experience
熟悉Cognex/KEYENCE/海康威视相机、KISTLER监控器、GUILLMIN铆接机、Staubli/ABB机器人等行业经验
7. Famliar with IATF16949质量体系 熟悉IATF16949质量体系体系
