电话销售主管
岗位职责
1、带领团队达成绩效目标。
2、监督销售及服务(例如:售后客户投诉处理、发货跟进)指标,确保目标达成。
3、负责协调团队的内外部沟通,确保运营顺畅及客户满意。
4、与客户保持良好关系,了解客户需求,并提供专业的产品选择及解决方案。
5、为团队成员提供必要的技术支持和培训,帮助他们提升销售技巧和产品知识。
6、与产品开发、市场营销、客户服务等部门协作,确保销售工作与公司目标一致,提升客户体验。
7、负责监听销售团队电话,并提供反馈,以提升销售技能和客户服务质量,确保销售流程高效执行。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,工商管理、市场营销或自动化相关专业。
2、了解自动化行业和市场趋势,熟练掌握销售方法及策略,具备良好的销售达成经验。
3、至少 2 年电话销售或相关领域的管理经验。
4、具备SAP、CRM系统操作经验,有HubSpot 或类似营销自动化工具的使用经验优先。
5、有较强的组织管理、沟通协调、时间管理能力。
6、具备良好的问题解决及应变能力。
7、英语四级及以上,拥有良好的英语读写能力。
Telesales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the team to achieve targets.
2. Monitor sales and service(For example: after-sales customer complaint handling, delivery follow-up) indicators to ensure targets are met.
3. Coordinate internal and external communication (e.g., supply chain, finance department, customer service department, etc.) for their area of responsibility to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product selection and solutions.
5. Provide necessary technical support and training to team members to help them improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as product development, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with company objectives and to enhance the customer experience.
7. Responsible for monitoring and providing feedback on sales team calls to enhance sales skills and customer service quality, ensuring efficient execution of the sales process.
Profile of Candidate
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, marketing or automation related majors.
2. Understand the automation industry and market trends, master sales methods and strategies, and have good sales achievement experience.
3. At least 2 years of management experience in telesales or related fields.
4. Experience in operating SAP and CRM systems, and experience in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is preferred.
5. Strong organizational management, communication and coordination, and time management skills.
6. Have good problem-solving and adaptability skills.
7. English level 4 or above, with good English reading and writing skills.
