1. Analyze customer requirement break down to hardware level and define hardware requirement specification

分析客户对于硬件的需求，确定硬件规范要求

2. Responsible for LV and HV inverter hardware design, validation and supplier management

负责LV和HV硬件设计，验证和供应商管理

3. Responsible for cost oritented solution evaluation, assessment in hardware level development

在硬件设计开发时，负责以成本为导向的方案评估

4. Design document development and management (specification, report, PCBA schamatic, Layout…)

设计文件开发和管理（参数，报告，PCBA，布局等）

5. Support hardware localization, production and process team for process development

支持硬件本地化，生产和工艺开发

Requirements:

任职资格:

1. bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics technology related;

本科以上学历,电力电子技术相关专业

2. Know HW design and validation of Inverter/MCU ECUs.

了解硬件设计和控制器/MCU ECU验证知识

3. Familiar with Functional Safety requirements and impacts on HW.

熟悉功能安全要求及对硬件的影响

4. Know automitive inverter R&D process

了解汽车电机控制器研发流程

5. Basic understand on the standards applied on hardware development of inverter products

了解电机控制器硬件开发的相关标准

6. More than three years of hardware development experience;

3年以上硬件开发经验

7. Experience on key HW components (DC-Link capacitor, MOSFET, IGBT, PCBA, MCU, etc.)

关键硬件零部件开发经验（DC-Link capacitor, MOSFET, IGBT, PCBA, MCU等）

8. Experience on hardware functional, performance DV test, hardware debugging and issue solving

硬件功能设计，DV性能测试，硬件故障排除和问题解决的经验
