WH***公司正在寻找一位经验丰富、积极进取的供应商评估与质量的工程师经理(SDE Manager)，负责领导中国制造与部件供应链的供应商质量与能力开发工作(主要是塑胶、五金部件及PCB组装)。该职位需在建立并维护符合WH***质量、交付、成本和创新期望的世界级供应商基地中发挥关键作用。

这是一份需要亲力亲为的领导岗位，需负责与公司的战略供应商建立合作关系、提升先进制造能力、主导持续改进计划，并解决关键技术与质量问题。

岗位职责

1. 供应商准入与整合

a) 主导对潜在供应商的技术审核与评估，涵盖工艺能力、质量体系及风险评估。

b) 推动生产件批准程序（PPAP）、首件检验（FAI）及新产品导入（NPI）准备工作，重点关注可制造性设计（DFM）与可装配性设计（DFA）对齐及早期质量规划。

2. 持续供应商开发

a) 与供应商合作制定完善的控制计划、工艺能力研究及防错措施。

b) 指导供应商运用过程改进工具（如FMEA、SPC、8D、精益生产、六西格玛）提升成熟度。

c) 识别并消除供应商绩效中的系统性差距，确保可量化的改进成果。

3. 问题解决与升级

a) 支持供应商质量问题遏制、根本原因分析及纠正措施制定。

b) 担任量产阶段关键零部件/工艺问题的技术升级接口人。

4. 绩效管理

a) 建立并跟踪供应商关键绩效指标（如良品率、缺陷率、准时交付率、百万分之不良率）。

b) 制定战略供应商评分卡并开展定期绩效评估。

5. 跨部门/跨职能协作

a) 与公司的全球供应商质量、工程、供应链及运营团队紧密合作。

b) 支持供应商端的新产品导入及工程变更。

6. 团队与领导力

a) 随着业务扩展，组建并指导覆盖核心区域的高绩效SDE团队。

b) 在所有合作伙伴中推广公司的品质文化与期望。

任职要求

1. 机械、电气、工业或制造工程（或相关专业）学士学位或硕士学位。

2. 8年以上消费电子、或医疗器械或汽车行业供应商质量或开发经验。

3. 精通注塑成型、金属冲压/机加工、PCB组装、胶粘剂及装配等制造工艺。

4. 熟练运用质量工具：FMEA、SPC、8D、PPAP、MSA、DOE、GD&T、ISO9001标准。

5. 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力（口语及书面）。

6. 证明具备领导跨文化、跨职能团队及无授权影响力。

7. 注重细节，具备强大的分析能力、组织能力及项目管理技能。

8. 适应快节奏、模糊环境下的自主工作能力。

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Supplier Development Engineering (SDE) Manager to lead supplier quality and capability development across our manufacturing and component supply chain in China. This individual will play a key role in building and sustaining a world-class supply base that meets WH***’s expectations for quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for building relationships with strategic suppliers, enabling advanced manufacturing capabilities, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving critical technical and quality challenges.

Responsibilities:

● Supplier Qualification & Onboarding

○ Lead technical audits and assessments of new suppliers for process capability, quality systems, and risk.

○ Drive PPAP, FAI, and NPI readiness with a strong focus on DFM/DFA alignment and early quality planning.

● Ongoing Supplier Development

○ Partner with suppliers to develop robust control plans, process capability studies, and mistake-proofing.○ Coach suppliers on process improvement tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma) to build maturity.

○ Identify and close systemic gaps in supplier performance with measurable results.

● Issue Resolution & Escalation

○ Support containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for supplier-caused quality issues.

○ Serve as a technical escalation point for critical part/process issues in mass production.

● Performance Management

○ Establish and track key supplier performance metrics (yield, defect rates, OTD, DPPM).

○ Develop strategic supplier scorecards and conduct regular performance reviews.

● Cross-functional Collaboration

○ Work closely with Company’s Supplier Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams globally.

○ Support New Product Introductions and Engineering Changes at suppliers.

● Team & Leadership

○ Build and mentor a high-performing SDE team across key regions as business scales.

○ Champion Company’s quality culture and expectations with all partners.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). Master’s degree preferred.

2. 8+ years of experience in supplier quality or development roles in consumer electronics, medical devices, or automotive industries.

3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping/machining, PCBA, adhesives, and assembly.

4. Fluent in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, MSA, DOE, GD&T, ISO9001 standards.

5. Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills (spoken and written).

6. Proven ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

8. Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
