Responsibilities:
61 Increase assigned PRC Sales in accordance with the corporate growth strategy and territory goals
61 Contribute positively to EBITDA goals.
61 Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s products and applications
61 Maintain technical knowledge of competitive companies and technologies
61 Be knowledgeable of competitive activity within territory
61 Develops and maintains effective budgetary controls of sales expenses.
61 Maintain direct sales coverage of strategic house accounts
61 Manage the activities of distributors within the territory
61 Manage the activities of FAE within territory
61 Conduct sales training for distributors
61 Select and recruit new distributors as needed
61 Conduct and assist in product presentations at customer sites
61 Support trade shows and technical conferences as necessary
61 Prospect and develop new product opportunities
61 Work closely with FAE, Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing on new product development
61 Have a thorough knowledge of the customers and relevant industries in their territory
61 Provides input and recommendations to the senior management and business management on product requirements and needs, marketing requirements on pricing needs, manufacturer representatives' needs, and changes for the company according to industry demands.
Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, Business, Marketing or a four-year technical degree required
61 Professional experiences in a related background connector of Medical and Industrial related market as assigned
61 Minimum of 10 years direct field sales experience
61 Demonstrated ability to absorb and communicate technical information.
61 Willing to travel approximately 40% -50% of the time
61 Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
61 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
61 Good chemistry with a vibrant, strongly opinionated and dynamic senior leadership team
