Job Responsibilities:

工作职责：

1. Properly executing the wire harness repair duties assigned etc.

正确完成分配的电缆修理等工作；

2. Ensure repair activities comply with Shanghai Engine Center’s quality procedure requirement.

确保修理工作符合上海发动机中心的质量程序要求；

3. Ensure full compliance to EH&S, Ethical and Quality requirements as specified by Corporate and company.

确保完全符合公司的环境健康安全、道德和质量要求；

4. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.

领导或参与持续改进项目；

5. Able to perform cross-functional jobs within the cell.

能够在单位中进行交叉功能工作；

6. Other task assigned by supervisor.

完成主管安排的其他任务。

Basic qualifications required for the Job (录用及就职条件):

1. College degree or above majoring in electronic related fields, aerospace maintenance is preferred.

大专以上学历电子类专业，航空维修类优先；

2. Related working experience is preferred.

具有相关工作经验者优先；

3. Can read technical documents in English and understand English.

阅读并理解英文文档资料；

4. Have good computer skills.

具有良好的计算机技能；

5. Solid problem solving skills.

具有良好的解决问题技能；

6. Good interpersonal skills and team player.

良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神。
