Process Quality Engineer

Your Tasks：

● Maintain AP quality business procedure.

● Product and process advanced quality plan, monitor in new project and weekly report the periodic quality status.

● Push to solve sample issues and finally can get customer PPAP approval to safe launch.

● Release control plan, inspection instructions and monitor operators to execute.

● Handle daily production exception cases. Use quality tools to analysis root cause and eliminate defects.

● Non-conformity management, take actions for continuous improvements.

● Coordinate internal and external system, & process audits.

● Implement, promote, and assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training for ongoing improvements.

● To achieve process KPI and lead to reduce process scrap.

Your Profile：

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry.

● Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality role.

● Widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, and audit

Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or its equivalent
