Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for assembly & testing process design and optimization, lead the tooling and fixtures design optimization in production, and delivery the fast response and effective solutions to the problems which impacted the *** pass yield.

2. Based on quality system, to define assembly & testing process documents, including SOP, WI, PFMEA, CP, SPC etc, and to be required to implement the corrective actions for the high risk listed in the assembly & test process P-FMEA.

3. Responsible for researching and verifying the new process technology and equipment for assembly & testing.

4. Be responsible for continuous improvement, layout design, ergonomics engineering, line balance and Poka-Yoke design to ensure SQDC performance.

5. Be responsible for technical support and problem solving on production lines, to ensure assembly line and production test stand smooth running.

6. Participate in and manage process Change Control projects and process improvement projects.

7. Leading or participating in solving customer complains about assembly & testing.

8. Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. More than 5 Years relevant working experience and major in Mechanical engineering relatives.

2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc.

3. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level.
