高级实施技术顾问

Veeva is looking for a Professional Services Consultant who wish to become experts in Veeva China Commercial CRM product, who has a passion for helping China customers achieve their business vision. This role provides implementation services to communication, solution analysis, design of the project as a senior business analyst or project manager. This role will work with service, product and development team very closely who are based out of Beijing and Dalian. Provide project and implementation application consulting as a subject matter expert of Veeva product. Manage projects resources, timelines, cost, identify critical path/ dependencies to drive project forward and ensure quality execution and implementation. Cooperate with customer and Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly Integrate the experience of projects and promote the improvement of implement solution and delivery approach. Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree  About 5~8 years’ work experiences Good communication skills in English More than 3 years’ project management and customer facing experience  Knowledge in product implementation process, has technical experiences, such as system integration, SFDC, Python or MySQL etc. Good at business analysis and related solution proposal design Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment Ability to work under big pressure, always commit to the work assigned to him/herNice To Have• Wechat development experience • Customer service or consulting experience• Experience of Solution Architect, or Solution Consulting, etc.• Veeva CRM experience/knowledge加分项有以下行业经验：计算机硬件·计算机服务·生物/制药
