*Daily production activities management : Work with planning to schedule the production according to the order and lead time. Monitor and control the production activities in a safe way. Update the production status timely. Organize the production daily meeting, summarize the issues happened and the corrective action. 67

*Process control: Monitor the quality status. Ensure the quality meet the target; solve the process issues or report them to the Superiors.

*Cost control: Monitor and control the consumable parts and the quantity of the temporary raw material and product in process. 67

*Continual improvement: Work with other department to carry out the improvement; carry out 5S and Lean activities. 67

*Keep relative confidential data and HR data (e.g. salary, personal information, etc.) confidentiality between Production Department and Maintenance Department.
