3. Identify root causes of re-work and defective work. Ensure actions are addressed. Use PDCA principle to ensure effectiveness of actions

4. Enhance TPM culture to reduce machine unplanned downtime

5. Listen to employee’s voice; react with sense of urgency.

6. Work closely with other departments; remove boundary between departments.

7. Archive department documentations in a logical way; make sure ISO16949,50001,14001 standards are met.

8.Target orientation, lead team to achieve annual target, like productivity,TPT,safety,customer claim,PPM,MTBF,MTTR and OEE

9.Lead Kaizen project to improve our productivity,HSE and cost
