Data Product Owner

1. Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs.

2. Responsible for architecture, development, and automate Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions, forming products or product features. Iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale.

3. Engage in commercial propositions (cost-benefit, investment divestiture, forecasting, impact analysis), effectively presenting findings through the visualization of Quantified information across multiple stakeholder levels.

4. Conduct end-to-end analysis including data collection and requirements specification, analysis, continuously scalable delivery, and presentation.

5. Possess a comprehensive understanding of data structures and metrics, suggesting modifications as needed.

6. Develop a project activity roadmap that facilitates measurable improvements in business performance indicators/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) over time.

7. Function effectively as a member and leader within a geographically dispersed project team, providing high-level specifications, communication, and scientific leadership to ensure project deliverables are met. Capable of building production-level data-backed solutions and products from scratch to finish.

Qualifications:

1. Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related technical field, with a bachelor’s degree or higher, and at least 3 years of work experience.

2. Experience as a Product Owner in data-driven projects or as a Product Manager or demonstrate potential to take on such a role.

3. Experience in working across stakeholder groups and departments.

4. Experience in building solutions or data products through data analysis and algorithmic conclusions.

5. Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python/Perl/Shell), familiarity with R, Superset, or PowerBI. Knowledge of statistical modeling methods, time series, text mining, machine learning, and data mining techniques is preferred.

6. Familiarity with one or more software development languages (C#, C/C++, Java) is a plus.

7. Business-level written and reading proficiency in English; spoken fluency is a plus.

任职要求

1. 计算机科学、电气工程、统计学、物理、数学、统计、运筹学或相关技术领域背景，本科学历及以上，3 年工作经验。

2. 作为数据驱动项目的主要负责人或者产品经理的经验，或有承担这种角色的潜力。

3. 跨部门的工作经验。

4. 通过数据分析、算法结论建设解决方案或数据产品的经验。

5. 一种或多种脚本语言(Python/Perl/Shell)，熟悉R、Superset或PowerBI。熟悉统计建模方法，时间序列、文本挖掘、等机器学习和数据挖掘技术优先。

6. 一种或多种软件开发语言(c# /C/ c++ /Java)加分。

7. 具备英语读写能力；流利英语口语加分。
