After-sales technical engineer 售后电子工程师

Marshall is now looking for an after-sales technical engineer to join our office in Shenzhen, China.We hope you to have an in-depth knowledge of electronics, repair, after sales processes and product quality. *Roles & responsibilities

1.Manage and optimize process of after sales.

对产品售后流程进行管理和优化。

2.Responsible for the optimization of repair and testing method for repair center.

结合公司的技术文档和经验，设计和优化产品的维修方法、测试方法。

3.Output test and repair SOPs according to the company's relevant technical data, proofread the product message.

根据公司提供的技术文档，拟定维修和测试 SOP，校对相关产品资料。

4.Responsible for the initial analysis of product problems and communication with related technical personnel.

对售后质量问题产品进行验证，并配合质量和技术部门进行专业分析。

5.Responsible for responding consumer questions and verification of difficult issues of product.

向客户和客服团队提供技术支持，并对疑难问题进行验证和解答。

6.Responsible for customer service staff and repair center staff training on products.

向客服、经销商及维修中心提供技术和产品培训。

7.Maintenance and optimization of product-related systems (eg: product center, after-sales system).

维护和优化产品相关系统（如：产品中心，售后系统）。

8.Responsible for the identification of counterfeit goods after purchase and assisting legal affairs in the on-site identification of products.

配合法务部门完成假货鉴定文档，及假货鉴定工作。

9.Other related work assigned by company.

*Skills & experience 技巧与经验

- Bachelor degree, Major in electronics, communication engineering, Microelectronics, etc.

本科以上学历，电子、通信、微电子等相关专业

- Good writern and verbal English Communication skils;

书面及口头英语俱佳；

- More than 5 years in technical support or 3 years in hardware development for electronic and acoustic products.

电子声学产品5年以上技术支持或3年以上硬件开发经验

- Proficient in analog and digital circuits, skilled in the use of oscilloscopes, multimeter, commontest equipment and circuit simulation software.

精通模拟和数字电路，熟练使用示波器、万用表、以及通用测试设备和电路仿真软件。

- Familiar with various test methods and test tools for electronic and acoustic products. Experience in speakers, headphones, or amplifiers is preferred.

熟悉电子和声学产品的测试方法和测试工具。有音箱、耳机或功放方面经验者优先。

- Skilled in using all kinds of office software, especially excel, word, power-point etc.

熟练使用各种办公软件，尤其是 excel、word、powerpoint 等。

- Ability to read English technical documents proficiently.

能够熟练阅读英文技术文档
