Costing & Metal Controller

84 Analyses and comments financial data to provide a precise, clear and consistent view of commercial performance indicator

Areas of responsibility：

84 Monitor inventories closely with warehouse and production functions, supervise inventory scrap applications and check abnormal location

84 Provide inventory report and analysis to improve inventories management, including inventory aging, slow moving items provision, and BS reconciliation reports.

84 Contribute to annual physical stocktaking, make reconciliations with inventory list and general ledger inventory accounts in system.

84 Responsible metal hedging risk control, perform copper hedging timely and continuously monitor MTM hedge risk via daily-T, daily deposit and reconciliation.

84 Improve and operate policies and procedure efficiently and hedge risk control all through the process.

84 Conduct copper balance reconciliation with Futures, theoretical and actual end of month inventory in tons.

84 Provide periodically training to relative functions to enhance metal risk management control.

84 Perform daily reports maintenance and daily business assistance.

84 Checking, updating and publication of standard cost, calculating and quoting support on standard cost and relevant cost.

84 Compliance and implementation of Group rules and policies in matters of internal control, and the Group Code of Ethics.

84 Provide supporting to technology and production department.

84 Other requested issue to discover, handle and support related to Costing and Inventory.

Required skills and qualifications:

84 Knowledge in costing and future hedging fields,

84 Be familiar with ERP system (i.e. BC, Oracle, HFM, SAP etc.)

84 Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin suitable for daily communications;

84 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI, Automate etc;

84 Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision;

84 Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines;

84 Problem solver with service attitude, willing to adapt for internal and external client's need;

84 Possess analytical mindset & business sense
