EVG CN is looking for Field Service Engineers in Shenzhen area. You will be reporting to our Customer Support Manager and the position will be in charge of installation, warranty and after-sales customer support.

Responsibilities:

- Installation, warranty service, training and after-sales service work for EVG customers predominantly located in Shenzhen area.

- Provide direct customer support, including troubleshooting over the phone.

- Through diligent and professional workmanship ensure that EVG customers in this area receive high level of installation, warranty and after-sales support.

- Travel to and from customer sites for field service support on EVG equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance routines and make recommendations for corrective actions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or college graduated in mechanical, electro-mechanical field or similar

- Minimum 3-5 years of successful mechanical, electro-mechanical service experience

- Working experience as a Service Engineer in international companies

- Out-going, open minded, self-driven, good teamwork, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Trouble-shooting skills, knowledge of root cause analysis, and a strong mechanical aptitude

- FLUENT written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English is a MUST

- Good Computer Skills

- 7*24 on-call service available
