1. Design new product packaging, oversee prototyping and trial production verification, and manage documentation to ensure successful implementation.

新产品包装设计与导入：

1）作为新产品项目团队的核心成员，负责提出创新且可行的包装设计方案。方案评估需涵盖包装类别、尺寸、工艺、整体视觉效果以及包装工时等关键要素。

2）在获得公司产品团队确认后，输出详细图纸并安排打样，跟进包装试产过程，验证包装结构的合理性，并确认样品的品质管控事宜。

3）负责相关文档资料的归档与上传，确保新产品开发的包装设计导入工作顺利完成。

2.Communicate with procurement and suppliers to clearly convey packaging design requirements (including dimensions, materials, processes, and functions) and provide detailed technical specifications. Strictly review supplier samples, pay attention to appearance, structure, and functionality, and provide timely feedback and optimization. Track supplier progress to ensure timely delivery, while negotiating material or process improvements to reduce costs and improve packaging cost-effectiveness.

与采购、供应商共同沟通，明确传达包装设计要求（包括尺寸、材料、工艺和功能），并提供详细技术规范。严格审核供应商样品，关注外观、结构和功能，及时反馈并优化。跟踪供应商进度，确保按时交付，同时通过材料或工艺改进协商降低成本，提升包装性价比。

3. Understand international transportation safety regulations, adjust packaging designs, and complete certifications.

Interpret global packaging labeling requirements, design printing systems, and ensure compliance with regulations.

1）深入了解国际运输安全条例，及时解读最新政策，如锂电池包装要求、危险品包装要求等。

2）根据最新包装标准，调整公司包装设计、测试及认证相关事宜，包括提供包装资料、样品等，直至完成包装相关证书。

解读各国最新的包装和产品标识要求，熟悉全球代理不同的包装生产回收标识。

3）结合公司产品类别，设计不同的打印系统体系，管理全球代理的包装不干胶事宜，确保符合各地法规和市场要求。

4. Design and optimize packaging cases and pallets to improve utilization rates.

负责包装箱和卡板的设计与排版，通过对比不同方案，优化设计，提高利用率。

5. Create and verify special laser content for products, and manage related documents.

制作产品特殊激光内容，试产后进行验证，跟进确认细节，并管理受控文件及图纸。

6. Regularly assess existing packaging designs, propose improvements to optimize costs and efficiency.

定期评估现有包装设计，包括包装材料、结构、工艺等方面，提出改进方案，持续优化包装设计，以提升效率和降低成本。

7. Manage packaging documentation, maintain part number systems, and suggest handling of excess materials.

1）负责包装资料的管控，包括申请并维护品号系统、建立量产时的包装物料清单、维护各国不干胶系统、生产线打印模板系统、PIM系统等。

2）提出包材呆滞物料的处理建议，确保资源的有效利用。

8. (Nice to have ) Create and review product instruction diagrams, and produce documents that meet global market requirements.

有以下技能，可以优先考虑。

1）根据产品功能描述，深入理解产品的使用方式、功能特点、注意事项以及配件组装方法。

2）创作清晰易懂的产品使用说明书图示（2D平面图示），并与德国及中国的产品设计团队进行沟通，达成一致意见，完成终稿。

同时，负责制作不同类别产品满足全球市场相关声明（如FCC、IC等）的文件，并完成相关确认工作。

9. (Nice to have ) Generate 3D renderings, design layouts, verify color proofs, and manage QR codes and printing templates.

有以下技能，可以优先考虑。

1）根据产品结构，制作多角度的3D渲染图，并进行排版设计。

2）负责新标识ICON的创作，核对色稿内容（包括参数值、功能描述、标识、配件等信息）的准确性。

3）建立QR码，设定各国打印模板，并安排打样。对回样后的印刷品质进行确认，如发现品质异常，需及时调整色稿颜色并协助采购和供应商改善印刷工艺，直至达到合格效果。

10. Complete tasks assigned by superiors, analyze competitor packaging, and lead innovation in green packaging design.

1）完成直接上级交办的其他任务。

2）负责竞品包装分析与总结，研究绿色包装设计趋势，进行可行性分析，并主导相关创新方案的执行。

Job Requirements岗位要求：

1.College degree,package design/Printing engineering/ Industry design，More than 3 years experience in graphic design.

大专及以上学历，包装设计/印刷工程/工业设计专业，3年以上平面设计经验。

2.Proficient in operating each kind of office software and ERP system;

熟练操作各种办公软件和ERP系统；

3.Proficient in using Solidworks、Adole ( PS, AI, indesign) 、CAD ;

熟练使用Solidworks、Adole（PS、AI、indesign）、CAD设计软件。

4.Design and Engineering Skills: Proficient in packaging design software (such as Adobe, 3D modeling tools), familiar with packaging materials and processes, and capable of completing structural, graphic, and 3D rendering designs while verifying packaging rationality.

熟练掌握包装设计软件（如Adobe、3D建模工具），熟悉包装材料和工艺，能够完成结构设计、图形设计和3D渲染设计，并验证包装的合理性。

5.Knowledgeable about international packaging regulations, transportation safety rules, and environmental requirements, with the ability to ensure design compliance and quality standards.
