As a Quality Control Inspector at Xometry, your day-to-day work might include the following: 作为择

● Inspecting machined and injection parts and other finished goods for conformance to

customer-defined standards. Product will be inspected using the AQL sampling plan detailed

in ISO2859 (GB/T

2828) . Repack and arrange delivery as PO request. 检验机械加工和塑料

部件以及其他表面处理产品，确保符合客户定义的标准要求。根据 ISO2859(GB/T2828)定义

的质量允收水准对产品进行抽检。根据订单要求对产品进行包装，并安排发货。

● Accurately document the results of all testing and inspections in accordance to ISO

standards. 根据 ISO 质量体系标准要求对所有测试和检验结果进行准确无误地记录与归档。

● Maintain controlled electronic documents and test/inspection records in a timely and

accurate manner. 对受控的文件电子档和测试/检验记录定期进行维护和整理。

● Coordinate to collect the calibration status of all partners’ measurement and test equipment

and tools. Assists in customer complaint investigations. 协调收集所有合作伙伴的测量和测试

● Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and

● Generally, full-time work in QC lab. As project needed, sometimes on-site inspection. 正常情

● Support Lab supervisor to perform equipment and tools management, calibration and

maintenance, daily check. Lab housekeeping and 5S. 协助实验室主管执行设备和工具的管

Education and Qualifications 教育和资质:

● Require high-school degree or above. Minimum of 2 years’ inspection experience in a CNC

or injection shop manufacturing environment. 高中及以上学历。机加工或注塑厂相关制造环

境 2 年以上质量检验工作经验。

● Ability to interpret engineering drawings. 能识别和读懂工程图纸。

● In the absence of a drawing, having the ability to generate a drawing from a CAD program is

a strong plus. 在没有图纸的情况下，能够从 CAD 模型转化并生成 2D 图纸。

● Ability to use standard measuring equipment i.e. Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, etc.

能够使用标准量测设备，如千分表，卡尺，高度规等。

● Experience with PC-DMIS with CMM is a plus. 有使用三次元量测经验更好。

● Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is a plus. 熟悉 ISO9001 标准更好。

● As daily inspection tasks or Lab Supervisor assignment, cooperate to OT (over-time) work.
