Mechanical Supervisor

a. Product localization from global giving site as SME for mechanical parts.

b. Internal design process/quality/efficiency optimization.

c. System structure standardization to reduce diversity and drive cost optimization.

d. NPI project with building up new product full chain engineering competence.

89 Customized HW project delivery

a. Finish the design deliverables such as 2D/3D drawings based on URS, and meet production process, GMP and ASME BPE requirement.

b. Collaborate with cross function teams to ensure project targets are fully met in terms of TCQ.

c. Analysis on project-based team score card/KPI from monthly trend and work on continuous improvement.

d. Support before and after sales activities, incl URS interpretation, customer communication, quotation confirm for MECH part, field service installation support, customer complaint analysis etc.

Requirements:

Experience Preference:

89 Experienced in project-based business mode or project management.

89 Experience working directly with customer, commercial team, outsourced supplier, and parts vendor.

89 Experience in global product transfer project.

89 Experienced in new product development.

89 5+ years of Food & Pharma process equipment or turn-key project, with related technical background and well understand regulations of ASME BPE, GMP, FDA, etc.

Skills:

89 Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably Creo (pro/ENGINEER)

89 Leadership, people development and team building skills.

89 Skillful communication with different functional group and internal/external stakeholders.

89 Written and verbal communication both in Chinese and English

89 Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
