Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is experienced in quality management, with good knowledge of operation and project management. If you would like to grow with us in new business area, and are willing to take the overall management in production, please join us!
Major duties:
61 Ensure production runs according to schedule and maximize efficiency.
61 Train and supervise staff to improve performance and minimize scrap rate.
61 Standardize and document new process development, and implement cost down measures.
61 Maintain equipment and facilities for optimal performance.
61 Handle customer quality issues and propose improvements.
61 Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
61 Monitor and improve process stability, product quality, and safety measures.
61 Take corrective action for non-conformance and participate in customer complaint resolution.
Your Profile:
1) Bachelor degree or above.
2) 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with operation (production and quality) background.
3) Specialized in quality management.
4) Broad and in-depth knowledge in QA system.
5) Knowledge in Mechatronic, Siemens software/PLC.
6) Leadership & Entrepreneurial Skills.
7) Customer communication skill.
