职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 【供应商开发及管理】独立负责供应商的开发和管理,建立长期稳定的合作关系,确保供应链顺畅。
2. 【新品选款】关注国内外时尚资讯,研究流行趋势,收集市场信息,提高选款成功率,打造符合品牌定位的热销款式。
3. 【商品企划】参与品牌商品企划,优化产品线,确保商品的市场竞争力和风格一致性。
4. 【品类运营】统筹产品的各维度分配,跟进销售数据分析,调整优化品类,提高整体业绩。
任职要求:
1. 对时尚行业充满兴趣,具备 3 年以上相关买手/商品企划经验,熟悉女装市场更佳;
2. 具备敏锐的时尚嗅觉,了解年轻女性消费群体需求,有较强的数据分析能力;
3. 熟悉服饰/潮流配饰行业从商品开发到销售等各环节运作流程,熟悉面辅料、商品成本并可作出合理销售定价;
4. 具有良好的供应链管理经验,能够高效沟通并维护供应商关系;
5. 责任心强,执行力高,具备团队协作精神和较强的抗压能力。
1. 【 Supplier Management 】 Independently develop and manage suppliers, establish long-term and stable partnerships, and ensure a smooth supply chain.
2. 【New Product Selection】Stay updated on domestic and international fashion trends, conduct market research, and enhance product selection success rate to create best-selling items aligned with the brand.
3. 【 Product Planning 】 Participate in brand product planning, optimize the product line, and ensure market competitiveness and style consistency.
4. 【 Category Management 】 Oversee product allocation across different dimensions, analyze sales data, and adjust category strategies to maximize performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Passion for the fashion industry, with 1-3 years of experience in buying/product planning; experience in plus-size womenswear is a plus.
2. Strong fashion sense and understanding of Gen Z consumers, with solid data analysis skills.
3. Experience in supply chain management, with excellent communication and supplier relationship management skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and teamwork spirit with the ability to work under pressure.
