-有很强的管理能力和团队建设技能和经验。

-较强的沟通和谈判能力，良好的英语和普通话书面和口头表达能力。

-解决问题的能力强。能够管理多个任务环境。

Job description

- Establish and strengthen long-term business relationships with customers and suppliers,

- Manage the team to achieve the department's business objectives.

- Responsible for supplier order management, production tracking until delivery.

- Familiar with the whole process of clothing production, with knowledge management awareness.

- Responsible for organizing/organizing purchasing missions/meetings

Requirement

- At least 8 years experience in garment production management.

- College degree or above

- Strong product and material knowledge and good development skills, familiar with sales and product development processes.

- Strong ability to work under pressure, quick response, initiative, team work spirit.

- Strong management ability and team building skills and experience.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.

- Strong problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple task environments.
