Right now, we need to strengthen our R&D team in Shenzhen with a Assistant Project Manager who will focus on driving project management and support on project sourcing at the early concept phase.
What you’ll do:
As an Assistant Project Manager in Shenzhen, you will support product manager for a product from concept development to final delivery. The primary responsibility is to collaborate with the product and internal stakeholders to support the product development, project sourcing and introducing the new product to mass production.
Roles & Responsibilities:
61 As an Assistant Project Manger to lead the communication with product team and design team and local functional team for a new product development
61 Manage the project timeline/budget and key milestones from concept design to mass production.
61 Monitoring all development process of ES sampling, PP1, PP2, Pre-MP MP and manage all on-time delivery from ODM.
61 Provide sourcing support for material and technolgy related a new project.
Who we’re looking for:
61 Bachelor’s degree with engineering backgroud or above.
61 At least 5 years for project management for consumer produsts, especially headphones like TWS/OWS.
61 Familar with project management tools (preferrable to Teams and Monday).
61 Good written and verbal english communication skills and excellent presentation, and multi-tasking skills.
61 Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.
61 Good teamwork with design team and ODM team.
61 Work under high pressure and frequent travel to contracted manufacture (in Guangdong).
61 Project sourcing experience will be a plus.
