3.客户与公司内部信息周转的窗口；

Be a communication bridge between customer and inner.

4.主导项目开发各个阶段的评定;

In charge of evaluating project every phase summary;

5.本科以上学历，至少3年以上汽车零部件项目管理工作经验；

Education background must be bachelor or above, and the auto.parts project management experience must be more than 3 years.

6.较强的协调和组织能力；

Strong organization and coordination ability.

7.熟悉产品生产工艺（冲压、焊接、辊压……）；

Be familiar with product technology(punching、welding、rolling…)

8.精通产品开发及认可流程（APQP+PPAP）；

Master the flow of product development (APQP+PPAP)

9.熟练应用CATIA 、AutoCAD软件；

Be able to apply Catia、AutoCAD software.

10.英语读写、口语交流能力；

The ability of English reading 、writing and oral expression must be well.

11.有宝马项目经验

Experience with BMW projects.
