1. 负责标准工时（周期时间）库的建立、维护及更新；
Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and updating of the standard time (cycle time) database;
2. 负责工序产能、定员核算、维护及更新；
Responsible for process capacity, manpower allocation;
3. 规划工厂布置，合理安排生产线；
Plan the plant layout and arrange the production line reasonably;
4. 工序效率统计核算持续改善提升；
Process efficiency calculation and continuous improvement;
5. 主导或参与IE相关改善；
Lead or participate in related improvements
