DAC-007 品质工程师 Quality Engineer (职位编号：7)

1.Build quality of product and customer satisfaction from development stage throughout mass production and EOP

2.Implement and conform with company business operating procedures and compliance to customer requirements, industry standard, law and regulations

3.Successfully establish product testing and inspection standard to qualify the product from development stages to customer’s approval with compliance to customer’s requirements and company project’s plan

4.Lead design, development, installation and qualifying inspection & testing equipment, checking fixture, and MSA

5.Lead application of quality tools, technique, methodologies to improve quality, delivery, efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives

6.Indoctrinate quality mindset, quality policy, concept of GMP and automotive standards to all levels of employee

7.Demonstrate effective engineering solution on product quality, includes FMEA & Control Plan establishment

Ⅱ、Qualification:

1.Minimum a bachelor degree in engineering field, Mechanical engineer is preferred

2.Knowledgeable about IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing Management, Six Sigma, familiar or certified VDA

6.3 auditor is a plus

3.Proficient English – able to use Chinese or German is a plus
