前期质量工程师AQE（上海嘉定）

· Deal with Internal and customer’s quality issue quickly and effectively before SOP，submit 8D report to customer

量产前快速有效处理公司内部/客户端质量问题，向客户提交8D报告

· Submit PV test plan/Gauge concept/measurement plan to customer for confirmation before SOP

和客户确认新项目实验大纲/检具方案/测量计划；

· Lead dimension confirmation/material confirmation/performance confirmation with customer before SOP

主导新项目尺寸认可/材料认可/性能认可；

· Create CP/II/GP12

建立控制计划/过程检验指导书/GP12；

· Submit PPAP package to customer, get PSW approval

向客户提交PPAP文件包，并推动客户签署PSW；

· Support all customer’s audit before SOP

量产前支持所有客户审核；

· Others.

完成上级交代的其他工作。

Job Requirements（Education / Qualifications and experience levels）

职位要求（教育/任职资格/经验水平）

· Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or Science Major, at least 3 years’ experience as AQE at foreign automotive company .

获得工程及科学专业学士学位及以上，至少3年汽配外企AQE工作经验；

· Can read/write/speak English fluently.

英文听/说/读/写熟练；

· Expert for good communication skills with customer, with NIF internally.

在客户端和公司内部充分有效沟通；

· Strong power to push all related employees/all related departments to solve all issues quickly

具备强大的快速推动相关部门/人员参与解决问题的能力；

· Expert for customer specific requirement，including VW/DPCA/VOLVO

对VW/DPCA/Volvo等客户特殊要求很熟悉；

· Master APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FEMA, five quality tools.

熟练掌握APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FEMA质量五大工具；

· Expert for Gauges/fixtures

精通检具和工装；

· Expert for CMK/CGK/CPK/PPK

精通CMK/CGK/CPK/PPK；

· Expert for standard sample and boundary sample and error-proof sample

精通标准样件/极限样件/防错样件；

· Be familiar with GD&T

熟练掌握全球几何尺寸和公差标准，即GD&T；

· Be familiar with PV Test Paln

熟练掌握PV实验大纲；

· Be familiar with PPAP package

熟练掌握PPAP文件包。
