职位描述
1. 领导新产品开发团队负责整个新产品流程的开发工作，包括新产品报价、客户产品要求技术矩阵、设计验证测试、新产品首件报告、测试方法验证、工艺确认、 产线验证、小规模试产验证、量产转移等，确保所有工作任务的顺利运行。
Lead cross-function NPD team for overall new product development process, including RFQ, CRM, DVT, FAI, TMV, 3Q, line validation, pilot production and MP, ensuring all of tasks can run smoothly.
2. 领导和协调新产品开发工程师和跨部门工程师审查和解决新产品开发过程中的所有问题。
Lead and coordinate NPD and cross-function engineers to review and solve all issues during new product development.
3. 现场跟进样品制作，收集失效数据，并作初步分析。
Follow up sample building on site, collect data on trouble shooting, and lead to conduct analysis with the team.
4. 与海外应用工程师沟通完成新项目或现有产品项目任务。比如：客户需求审查, 工程变更等。
Communicate with overseas application engineers to complete NPD project or sustaining project tasks, such as customer requirement review, engineering change etc.
5. 创建工程变更，通过windchill系统发行ECN/DCN。
Create engineering change request and release ECN/DCN in Windchill system.
6. 支持和解决跨职能团队遗留的不合规问题,例如PE,QE和合规部。
To support and solve legacy non-compliance issues with cross-function team including PE, QE and compliance.
7. 当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级上报。
Escalate issues immediately when risk levels increase.
1. 大专及以上的学历，机械工程或电子相关专业。
College’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.
2. 5年以上新产品开发相关经验。
More than 5 years of related experience in new product development.
3. 良好的英语口语能力，能独立进行英语交流者优先考虑。
Good English skills in both oral and writing.
4. 能够使用绘图软件AutoCAD, SolidWorks优先。
Basic AutoCAD & SolidWorks is preferred.
5. 积极主动，善于沟通。
Be proactive and good at communication.
6. 快速反应能力。
