收益管理总监 Director of Revenue Management

Our well-known 5 star hotel in Nan’an District in Chongqing has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Revenue Management / Revenue Manager to join our team.

我们希望你拥有热情和上进心，必须在酒店收益管理方面有资深的背景，并通过开发和实施成功的库存和定价策略，特别是通过数字渠道管理，将酒店收入、盈利能力和市场份额***化，有数据分析和数字销售经验者优先。

We invite passionate and driven individuals that have a high quality background in hotel revenue management, and a proven track record of maximizing hotel revenue, profitability and market share through development and implementation of successful inventory and pricing strategies, especially through digital channel management. Experience with data analysis and digital sales is highly preferred.

工程总监Director of Engineering

岗位职责：

-Involve in the hotel design program, blueprints and coordinate with owner参与到酒店的设计和业主的沟通中

-Acceptance and management work of the whole hotel负责酒店工程的管理工作

-Make the organization and management of Engineering Department负责工程部的管理工作

-Make the management system and operation rules for all the trades负责管理系统和操作规章制度

-Administrate all the technicians and develop and implement the maintenance work监管所有技术员并实施维护工作

-Arrange the professional skill training. Make Engineering a powerful department安排专业培训，使工程成为强有力的部门

-In charge of the outside maintenance contract负责外部维修合同

-Set up a good communication environment with other departments和其他部门保持良好的沟通

Knowledge of engineering operational system in hospitality industry有酒店行业工程相关知识
