61 Take lead to ensure the effectiveness and sufficiency on manufacturing process for pumps and systemic products’ assembly.

61 Take lead to understand the technical requirements and product specifications, and work out the SOP/WI for products manufacturing.

61 Take lead to monitor the manufacturing process capability, identify process risks and issues, analysis and fix the manufacturing process risks/issues quickly.

61 Take lead to develop and promote continuous improvement process, to get effective productivity improvement by train and push operators involving in improvement activities on manufacturing process.

61 Introduce poka-yoke into process, including mechanical and digital approaches.61 Take lead on designing and optimizing layout for assembly lines, according to Lean production concepts.

61 To assess the safety risk during assembly process, improve the process or fixture, tools, etc. to ensure safe production.

61 To liaise with related teams to facilitate the smooth introduction of products and apply processes to the cell in order to meet safety, quality, cycle time and cost targets.61 Take lead to communicate with foreign engineers in AC group about product spec and manufacturing process, transfer product or new developed product in English, both oral and written.

61 Train operators on manufacturing process and specific operating details.

Education level:Bachelor or aboveRelevant previous experience:

61 At least 5 years of experience in assembly. Has experience in pumps, compressors, engines, motors is preferred. (actually 8 years already)

61 Experience in safety, lean production, advanced manufacturing (eg, digitalization in process) in workshop is required.

61 Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is required.

61 Experience in leading manufacturing process improvement/ quality improvement and other improvement projects through multi-department teams is preferred.Language skills:Good communication skills, can communicate in both Chinese and English.Other skills and knowledge:

61 Clear understanding and application of modern manufacturing techniques, specifically:02 material flow; ERP, Lean method, production line concept design and layout details design, etc.61 Well understand and interpret product drawings, structures, technology requirements in English, and work out SOP, communicate these effectively across a broaqnd range of people.

61 Broad understanding/appreciation of key process and operational areas (eg.quality, production engineering).02

61 Good at trouble shooting on complex process issues.
