Job Title: Sales Manager AC
Report to: Director Group Sales & Sales GM
Belong to: Sales Department
Based in Weifang city Shandong province (home-office )
可在山东潍坊居家办公,英语能作为工作语言是硬性要求!
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher;
2.English must be fluent in written/oral;
3.Minimum 3 years' experience of sales, familiar with electronic industry (smartphones – fast moving market), having acoustic material industry background preferred;
4.Technical know-how (production / engineering) in industrial environment;
5.Open mind, active personality, self-confident and have good sales skills;
6.Willingness to travel.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing new customers in Acoustic market, keeping good relationship with all customers
2. Selling company’s products according to Isovolta’s sales policy, achieve profitable sales growth target of CITC
3. Collecting payment of goods on time according to the payment terms which was agreed with customers before
4. Collecting all kinds of market information (new market entries/acquisitions), sales development, market pricing at customers (by competitors) and make feedback monthly in written form (English) to GM (CITC) and Director Group Sales (AG).
5. Finding competitor materials for analysis in AG by R&D
6. Claim handling: Customers’ complaints must be forwarded immediately to the Quality Dept. (CITC/AG) and followed up until closed
7. Finishing other tasks allocated by supervisor
