工艺工程师

1. According to product documents, analyzed and planned product processes, formulated and purchased related production facilities, equipment and tooling;

根据产品文件，分析规划产品工艺，制定选购相关生产设施设备工装等；

2. Preparation of process documents, including product process flow chart, product process flow chart, PFMEA, operation instructions, etc.;

工艺文件制定，包括产品过程流程图、产品工艺流程图、PFMEA、操作指导书等；

3. Confirmed the feasibility of the product process through the production of samples, and revised the production process and technical data;

通过样品的制作，确认产品工艺的可行性，修订生产流程，工艺技术资料；

4. Followed up the production situation during trial production and mass production, and corrected problems in time;

在试生产和量产期间对生产情况进行密切跟踪，发现过程中的操作等问题及时纠正；

5. Completed ***-hour measurement, manpower requirements and capacity analysis, and continued to improve the production process;

完成工时测定，人力要求及产能分析等工作，对生产工艺进行持续改进；一旦工艺变更，需要遵循变更流程将变化点进行标准化作业管控。

6. Trained and guided production personnel to master the technological requirements of new products; follow up training procedure and evaluate the skill matrix accordingly.

培训指导生产岗位人员掌握新产品的工艺要求并对应按照培训考核流程进行操作技能考核

7. Collected and digested product drawings, data, design requirements and standards and managed archives;

产品图纸，数据，设计要求，标准收集整理消化及档案管理；

8. Preparation of product documents, including parts list, substitution of domestic materials, initial process flow, list of important characteristics of parts D parts list, sample control plan, etc.

产品文件制定，包括零件清单、国产材料替代、初始工艺流程、零部件重要特性清单D零件清单、样件控制计划等；

9. Communicated with the customer's product engineering department about the problems and other related technical issues;

与客户的产品工程部及时沟通有疑问的地方及其它相关的各类技术问题

10．Complete other related work assigned by superiors。

完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

二、主要任职资格

Specialized knowledge and skills专业知识和技能

1、Have been trained in production operation management, quality management system, development process, product knowledge, quality management system documents and methods, and have relevant certificates

受过生产作业管理、质量管理体系、开发流程、产品知识、质量管理体系文件及方法等方面的培训，有相关证书

2、Familiar with customer requirements such as Formel Q

熟悉Formel Q 等客户要求；

Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system

3、熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系；

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan and other quality tools

4、熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan等质量工具；
