Senior Data Manager

1. Lead the design and development of automation and AI functionalities through cross-functional collaboration with product, data and business teams to optimize business processes

2. Oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of chatbot systems, including updating knowledge bases and chatbot data handling, refining natural language processing (NLP) models / Large Language Model (LLM), and monitoring chatbot performance metrics such as response times and error rates.

3. Ensure smooth integration of chatbots with other systems and APIs, promptly addressing any compatibility or performance issues.

4. Implement robust monitoring, error detection and long term solution to minimize downtime and smooth running of applications/systems.

5. Lead and manage pipeline maintenance by analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of tools within the landscape

Requirements

1. Undergraduate

2. At least 5 years of experience in data engineering/ management

3. Experience in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain a plus

4. Must have data engineering and management experience. Expertise in Python, cloud platforms (Azure/ AWS/ GCP) and Containerization (K8s) and CI/CD workflow

5. Experience in maintaining and optimizing chatbots, NLP model retraining a plus

6. Fluent in English
