职位描述

岗位职责:
- Responsible for the daily management of team to ensure all maintenance and repair activities including team member behaviors in compliance with TE’s policies、rules and regulations for discipline、EHS、Quality etc.
- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of TPM system including procedure、standard、plan etc.
- Responsible for supervising team to implement AM and PM work in high quality.
- Responsible for emergency troubleshooting to ensure 100% OTD.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of equipment performance to meet the higher and higher requirement of process capability、quality、safety、efficiency、cost、down time etc.
- Responsible for the team building、KPI management、the coordination and optimization of resource.
- Responsible for the MRO budget control to ensure a reasonable maintenance cost level.
- Responsible for the management and continuous optimization of spare parts to ensure a reasonable and economic spare part level.
- Responsible for other tasks assigned by manager temporarily.
岗位要求:
- College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical Integration Specialty
- Above 10 years’ experience in automated production equipment maintenance and above 5 years’ experience in management position, preferably in non-standard automated equipment in auto industry.
- Good knowledge of quality management systems (IATF16949 or
- ISO9001).
- Good Knowledge of EHS regulations.
- Good knowledge and practice experience of TPM system.
- Good knowledge and practice experience of drawing software (SOLIDWORKS or UG or AUTOCAD) for Mechanical Specialty.
- Good knowledge of the characteristics and processing technology of common metal material for Mechanical Specialty.
- Good knowledge and practice experience of PLC、Servo Control technology for Electrical Specialty.
- CCD Visual control system is plus.
- Good logical analysis ability and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent communication, coaching and motivation skills.
