职位描述
制定针对电子元器件产品的客户拓展计划,结合市场需求和公司产品优势,完成销售目标。
深入了解客户在电子元器件采购、应用等方面的需求,联合公司技术团队,为客户提供定制化的电子元器件解决方案。
协调公司内部研发、生产、售后等资源,确保客户在电子元器件使用过程中遇到的问题得到及时、有效地解决。
任职要求:
本科及以上学历,电子相关专业。
5 - 8 年电子元器件行业客户管理或销售工作经验,有电子元器件行业大客户资源者优先。
具备较强的谈判能力和问题解决能力,能够处理电子元器件相关业务纠纷。
代理产品线:SGM圣邦微、复旦微、Sitime、Central02semi、Murata、Nexperia等;
核心产品线:TI、ADI/Maxim02、ST、NXP等;
Develop customer expansion plans for electronic component products, and combine market demands and the company's product advantages to achieve sales targets.
Deeply understand customers' needs in the procurement and application of electronic components, and work with the company's technical team to provide customized electronic component solutions for customers.
Coordinate internal company resources such as R&D, production, and after - sales to ensure that the problems encountered by customers during the use of electronic components are solved in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or related fields, with familiarity in the electronic components industry.
5 - 8 years of customer management or sales experience, those with large - customer resources in the electronic component industry are preferred.
Have strong negotiation and problem - solving skills, and be able to handle business disputes related to electronic components.
Agent product line: SGM, Fudan Micro, Sitime, Central semi, Murata, Nexperia, etc.
Core product lines: TI, ADI/Maxim, ST, NXP, etc.
