技术销售（汽修设备）

主要职责：

61 维护并加强与中国大陆及亚洲汽车修理行业现有客户的关系，并依据总经理设定的目标开发新客户。国内，将产品分销给汽车车身修理车间、技术培训单位等；国外，与国外进口商和分销商进行业务运营。

61 深入理解并准确传达我们焊接机、点焊机、拉拔器及其他汽车车身修理车间设备的专业技术细节。

61 通过发掘新的商业机会，确保达成并超越既定的销售目标。

61 向客户提供必要的技术支持和售后服务。

61 与国外总部的技术团队沟通，及时了解产品特性。

61 根据工作需要，出差拜访客户并根据需要参加行业活动。

最低资格要求：

61 拥有3至5年在汽车车身修理车间操作和演示焊接机、点焊机、拉拔器及其他相关设备的经验；具备销售经验者优先。

61 具备相关领域的学位（工程、机械、汽车、工业等）或虽无学位但有实际从事汽车车身修理的工作经验均可。

61 对焊接机、点焊机、拉拔器及汽车车身修理车间其他设备的工作原理有深入的技术理解。

61 具备出色的沟通能力和演讲技巧。

61 良好的英语听说读写能力。

优先资格要求：

61 有汽车行业（如汽车修理厂、4S店、保养车间等）的工作经验。

61 能够独立工作，同时也能很好地融入团队。

61 具备出色的谈判技巧和成交能力。

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using and demonstrating welding machines, spot welder, pullers and other equipment for car body repair workshops. This role will require a combination of technical expertise that can lead to a sales role attitude, engaging with customers and drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain relationships with actual clients in the automotive car repair industry in Mainland China / Asia and develop new ones following General Management targets. In Mainland China the clients are company engaged to distribute our equipment to car body repair workshop and so on, while outside of Mainland China we operate through local importers / distributors.

61 Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our welding machines, spot welder, pullers and other equipment for car body repair workshops.

61 Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.

61 Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.

61 Collaborate with the technical team of our Head Quarter to understand product capabilities and limitations.

61 Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events in both Mainland China and Asia

Minimum Qualifications:

61 3~5 years of experience in using and demonstrating welding machines, spot welder, pullers and other equipment for car body repair workshops. Previous sales experience is a bonus. Age 26~35, *** or ***.

61 Degree in a related field (Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial). Also no degree but with experience in doing car body repair.

61 Strong technical knowledge of welding machines, spot welder, pullers and other equipment for car body repair workshops.

61 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

61 English skills

Preferred Qualifications:

61 Experience in the automotive industry (Garage/Auto Repair Shop, 4s Center, Maintenance workshop)

61 Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

61 Strong negotiation and closing skills
