*Essential Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy to meet revenue targets, delivering above the market
- Drive annual margin improvements through effective pricing policies and product mix management
- Develop product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D and Operations to create market-driven products
- Manage product portfolio through full lifecycle, including rationalization
- Competitor and market analyses, including proposing and driving resulting actions
- Monitor business plan progress and address any gaps
- Collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain on product cost-efficiencies and improvements
- Lead promotional and training activities to support the Global sales teams
- Build strong relationships with key customers and support new business opportunities
- Optimize product management processes
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer responsiveness and accountability
*Requirement&Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent. Additional degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic product management and marketing of electronic components
- Direct technical experience with Fuses
- Strong skills in analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development
- Skilled in strategy development and implementation in B2B industries
- Excellent networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High commitment, ambition, and efficient, results-driven work style with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A strong mix of both technical and commercial knowledge, skills, capabilities, and experience
- Good skill at English,Fluent Spoken english is a must.
- Experienced in working within global organizations across functions and different cultures
- Travel is required
