Quality Control Inspector

This position is providing professional knowledge and skills of quality control and inspections. Liaison between the factories, vendors, QC coordinators and Line Manager.

Deliverables:

61 Familiar with AQL standard, inspection procedures, inspection reporting.

61 Equip with professional knowledge and skills, quickly judgment ability to deal with problems. Demonstrates the functional and technical skills necessary for the job. Makes logical decisions in a timely manner and solve problems with appropriate solutions during the inspection.

61 Time management effectively by working on appropriate priorities and completes work task that is assigned by Line Manager.

61 Demonstrates a value for quality by inspecting with cautions for the productions and produce high quality work.

61 Manages support functions covering inspection, tracking, reporting, quality management.

61 Produces consolidated reporting to the Line manager, including schedule, email reporting, inspection reports, other reports if required.

61 Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, work seriously under pressure.

61 Good communication and work closely with internal (coordinators and Line Manager) and external (vendors/factories).

61 Other job’s will be required as and when needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

61 Must have PC knowledge and write in English for inspection reporting

61 Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

61 Must have experience on technical knowledge, inspection skill, quality control ability

61 Must have the ability to work under pressure with active work attitude

61 Must have good communication skill with internal and external

61 Must have the ability to analyze and react quickly in a multi-tasking environment

61 Must work well and closely with team and others

61 Self-starter able to multitask and set priorities to meet deadlines

61 Other tasks as and when required and as directed by line manager
