职位描述

Responsibilities:
61 Key Account Management
o manage existing customers including all communication, project management and follow up;
o build and promote strong customer relationship;
o define and follow an action plan to achieve budget targets;
o introduce product trends targeting the costumers;
o support internal sales planning incl. budget and forecast plans on customer level;
61 Business Development
o identify emerging markets, trends and market shifts and translate into a development strategy;
o conduct market research following the company’s development and target countries;
o follow strategic business plan to develop new customers within the region;
o define actions to develop potential customers to become stable customers;
61 General Tasks
o work with different type of customers and different point of sales (online, offline, gifting, …);
o prepare, follow up and update forecasts;
o analyse and interpret actual sales revenue vs. budget targets;
o analyse, interpret and follow gross margin targets per customer and market;
o support Sales Director defining and implementing sales strategy for Asia Pacific;
o coordinate order development with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries;
o ensure activities and processes are in accordance with the company standards and compliance;
Requirements:
o bachelor’s degree or higher in business- or business-related fields;
o at least 3 years working experience within an active sale, product management or marketing function;
o existing contact network in Asia within the retail, fashion, beauty or jewelry industry;
o proven record in developing new customers, products or projects;
o proven record in planning and following sales budgets;
o experience in customer relationship management;
o experience in working with different cultures and within a foreign company;
o comfortable in leading conversations and project pitches within a new environment;
o ability to understand problems and provide smart and logic solutions;
o skilled in working with Microsoft Office, mainly Powerpoint and Excel;
o skilled to work independently with the ability to be a team player;
o fluency in written/spoken Mandarin and English is a must; other Asian languages are a plus
o flexibility to travel frequently to meet with customers
