海运操作

1. 根据客户委托及销售和客服的要求向船公司订舱。

2. 协助船司与客户以及销售客服之间关于订舱的问题进行沟通，并解决回复给船司。

3. 协助和配合客户在船司放舱后的提箱，做柜，报关等工作，以及未出运货物的后续结尾工作。

4. 完成对每个航次的文件进行整理和归档。

要求：

1. 做过msc,cosco订舱的优先考虑

2. 大专或以上学历

3. 良好的团队协作能力及赋上进的精神

4. 熟练的计算机操作技巧，熟悉OFFICE 2007或以上

5. 熟悉国际集装箱物流操作工作的优先

6. 英语良好者优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for communication with customers or agents, arrange for shipment export & import.

2. Be responsible for answering the whole process, such as: receiving order, booking, transportation, goods inspection, customs declaration, delivery and shipment tracking, etc.

3. Establish effective communication with partners and customers effectively, provide good customer service and timely response to inquiries. Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and promptly report to the leader.

4. Process relevant documents, expenses, invoices, etc. in accordance with the requirements of the company's internal processes.

5. Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager and department head.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and CET-4 or above, CET-6 preferred..

2. Good English reading and writing, with the ability to deal with emails on a daily basis;

3. Integrity, unity and responsibility.

4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and team player.

5. More than one years' experience in full container sea freight operations is preferred.
