Industry Engineering Manager

61 Analyze the manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, which can include reducing waste, streamlining production, and improving quality.

61 Develop and implement new production systems, including layout design, material handling systems, and production control systems related.

61 Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with regulations and standards related to safety, quality, and environmental protection.

61 Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure that the manufacturing processes are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

61 Be responsible for training industrial engineering tools, such as SMED, Line balance, VSM, etc., to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

61 Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching.

61 Continually review and improve the manufacturing processes to ensure that the company remains competitive and efficient.

What you’ll need

61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering.

61 At least 8 years’ experience in Industry Engineering role in MNC industrial environment.

61 Be familiar with assembly manufacturing, luminaires industry is preferred.

61 Rich experience in lean production management.

61 Good communication skill and interpersonal skill will be a plus.

61 Must be Familiar with office software (Excel, Word, Power point. CAD, etc.)

61 Workable oral, listening and reading English is a must.

61 Good mobility for domestic or foreign business trip
