1) Responsible for report writing and presentation；

2) Guide analyst to write report and new-in staff；

3) Research solutions to project with team member and report writing ；

4) Reasonable mission assignment to make sure finish project qualified on time；

5) Customer relationship maintain and tracking；

6) Business development；

7) High efficient/push forward project management；

8) Assist team leader of team management；

9) Regularly conduct special research on key topics in related fields and topic writing

Skills & Personal Qualities:

1) 5+ year of relevant consulting industry work experience. Experience with international consulting agencies is preferred；

2) Take charge of project manager responsibility at same kind institution.

3) Well-known universities at domestic （985 or 211 colleges）and overseas educational background；

4) Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.；

5) keen business acumen and strategic perspective；

6) Outstanding influence and leadership；

7) Precision thinking, flexibility and agility, strong logic；

8) Qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and knowledge；

9) Outstanding teamwork spirit and communication skill；

10) Well writing and oral on Chinese and English；

11) Equipped with excellent oral skill, good at negotiating；

12) Self-motivated, willing to travel, have good resistance to stress；

13) Strong computer operation ability, skilled in using Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint for data processing and presentation production. Proficiency in the use of CAD, PhotoShop, SPSS and other professional statistical software is preferred.
